Daymaker Day - April 26, 2011

An annual event where staff from all locations volunteer their time to provide complimentary mini spa treatments, stress relieving treatments, hair cutting and face painting to patients and families at BC Children's Hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre, Ronald McDonald House, SOS Children's Village and Easter Seals House. Thank you to all the volunteers who graciously gave their time to help those who need it the most!

SHOW OFF Hair Show - Stanley Theatre, March 29th, 2010

On March 29th, 2010, top Vancouver stylists gathered to show their shared passion and artistic merits at the Show Off hair show. The sold out event was held at the Stanley Theatre on Granville Street. The event raised $6,000 for Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada.

With inspiration from Tony Rizzo’s incredible Alternative Hair shows, the 14 styling teams involved, from top-end salons throughout Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island, put on a show stopper!

The Megahair salon styling team was a collaboration of leading-edge stylists pooled not only from its own brand, but from its sister brands as well ~Zennkai Salons and Eccotique Salons.

Their theme? Imaginations floated to a divinely sweet place where ethereal Cotton Candy ruled the styling world.

FLAUNT 2008 Hair and Fashion Show! Saturday November 22nd, 2008

To celebrate the opening of our new Eccotique Spa & Salon and Zennkai Salon locations in Coquitlam Centre, we threw a glam hair and fashion show to flaunt winter hair and fashion trends! Zennkai’s vision fused rock and romanticism into a rockmantic showcase of edgy, wearable looks complemented with a soft edge. Eccotique Spa & Salon took its cue from old Hollywood glam…giving smooth waves and side-parts an updated look with contrasting color placements for a modern, flaunty vibe.

Style Spy - Metropolis, Finale Event September 13th, 2008

Girls across Metro Vancouver showed off their personal Style when Metropolis at Metrotown hosted The Style Spy's Are You Our Next Style Spy Girl? 2 contest! 10 young women with great style were chosen in the event finale at Metrotown on September 13th. Stylists and make-up artists from Megahair Salons, Zennkai Salons and Eccotique Spas & Salons, sponsors of the event, were on hand behind the scenes to prep the ten chosen Style Spy Girls, event hosts and models for the fashion show finale! All ten Style Spy Girls received a fashionista beauty kit from Megahair, Zennkai and Eccotique which included a Hot Tools polk-a-dot flat iron, OPI hand and nail care and other beauty-related products valued at over $175!!
